1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
2/3 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 pounds delicious cooked sauger fillet
oil for frying
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
pinch salt
Dash or three Tabasco
Mix ingredients together to blend. Mixture will be lumpy. Use immediately.
Dip fish into batter and deep fry until golden brown.
