Andalusia is the most southern and most heavily populated autonomous community in Peninsular Spain, and is officially recognized as a ‘historical nationality’. Andalusia is divided into eight provinces: Almería, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Huelva, Jaén, Málaga (in which Aguas Claras resides), and the capital city of the territory, Seville. The seat of the High Court of Justice of Andalusia is located in the city of Granada.
