Half buried in the dried mud these fancy foibles must’ve been here since the late 70’s, you haven’t carbon dated them exactly, but there’s no chance in hell something this ostentatious would have been allowed to have been born since. It’s a minor miracle the left shade is still attached to the frame, but let’s face it, it’s nothing you’ll be committing to scripture any time soon. It’s easy to imagine these glasses accompanied by a flowery shirt and long, flared jeans in 1974, or at a themed party 40 years later, but now they are sadly solitary; maybe you could be their partner?
