Description

The Japanese Dace, also known as the Big-Scaled Redfin or Ugui, is a medium-sized Asian fish. It is mainly found in brackish or fresh water, and lives and feeds near the bottom, midwater or near the surface. It is an omnivore, feeding mainly on benthic invertebrates.
